Community Guidelines
Effective October 5, 2026
ClubNest community features are designed for constructive organization communication. These guidelines apply to posts, messages, comments, events and other member-facing content.
1. Expected behavior
- Treat members, volunteers, staff and guests respectfully.
- Keep discussions relevant to the organization and its community.
- Share information you are authorized to share.
- Respect privacy, intellectual property and personal boundaries.
- Use reporting and moderation tools when available instead of escalating conflicts.
2. Content that is not allowed
- Threats, targeted harassment, stalking or credible intimidation.
- Hate or dehumanizing attacks against protected groups.
- Sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors, grooming, coercion or requests to conceal adult–youth contact.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including digitally created or altered depictions.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation or deliberate deception.
- Malware, malicious links or instructions intended to compromise accounts or systems.
- Unlawful disclosure of another person’s private or confidential information.
- Spam or repeated promotional content that materially disrupts the community.
3. Organization moderation
Organizations generally control their own communities and may remove content or restrict members according to their own rules. ClubNest may act on content that violates these guidelines, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
4. Reporting
Report concerns to the organization’s administrators when appropriate. You may also email info@clubnest.tech or use workspace concern-reporting tools. No account or organization approval is required. Include the location and a description; do not attach illegal imagery. For immediate danger, contact emergency services. We may preserve limited evidence or report to authorities where required by law.
5. Request removal of a non-consensual intimate image
If an intimate image or video of you is shared on ClubNest without your consent, you or your authorized representative can email info@clubnest.tech with the subject “Intimate image removal request.” This includes real and digitally altered depictions. You do not need to be a member.
- Identify the image or video and give information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as a link, workspace, post or message details. Do not resend the imagery.
- State briefly that you have a good-faith belief the depiction was published without the depicted individual’s consent and provide relevant supporting facts.
- Include your physical or electronic signature (a typed name is acceptable), and identify whether you are the depicted person or an authorized representative.
- Provide a way to contact you, such as an email address. Do not include passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
Where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, we will remove the depiction as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies on our service. We may contact you if information necessary to locate or evaluate the request is missing. Other prohibited content may be removed under our safety policies. Knowingly false or abusive reports are prohibited, but you do not need to determine the legal classification of the material to raise a concern.
