This Cookie Policy explains how ClubNest uses cookies and similar technologies on clubnest.tech and within the ClubNest service.
1. Essential technologies
We use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences and core functionality. When you explicitly select “Remember me” after two-factor verification, a secure, HTTP-only device cookie lasts up to 30 days. It can be revoked from Account Security and does not prevent inactivity sign-out. These technologies may remember that you are signed in, help protect accounts and allow the application to function across pages.
2. Analytics and diagnostics
With your permission, we use a secure pseudonymous browser cookie for up to 90 days to estimate unique visitors, campaign sources and approximate country and region. Reports store a protected hash of the identifier, public page categories, selected campaign labels and referring domains for up to 24 months. They do not store full IP addresses, full referrer URLs, names, email addresses or phone numbers. Separate aggregate request diagnostics may operate without a visitor identifier. The identifier distinguishes a browser without directly naming a person; it is not a guarantee that these records are legally anonymous. We do not use analytics to discover visitor contact identities.
3. Advertising
ClubNest does not currently use behavioral advertising cookies on the platform. We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Your choices
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in or other features from working correctly. Choose Allow analytics or Decline in the website banner. You can change that choice through Analytics preferences. Withdrawing consent clears the analytics cookie and removes visit records associated with its current identifier. We retain the preference for up to one year. We do not collect unique-visitor analytics when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Different devices, cleared cookies or identifier renewal can lead to separate counts.
5. Third-party content
Payment forms, Cloudflare Turnstile and embedded Google Maps can communicate directly with their providers and use their own cookies or browser signals. Loading a map shares the requested location and ordinary network information with Google. Their notices and browser controls also apply. ClubNest’s analytics choice controls our optional analytics; it does not turn off essential authentication or all third-party content. See the provider information.
6. Updates
We may update this policy when our technology changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
